BE AS WATER
In a world of growing complexity a traditional skill set is often inadequate to be successful. Our approach is inspired by Bruce Lee's philosophy of elegant simplicity, and we apply his three stages of learning to develop top-notch leadership, people management, and sales skills.
He preached formlessness, a concept popularized via his famous “Be As Water” response in an interview with Canadian journalist Pierre Berton. “Be formless, shapeless, like water,” Lee said. It means to be open, fearless in the face of change.
